Saudi Fisheries Co.‘s board of directors approved today, Feb. 14, the appointment of Awwad Dasouqi as CEO as of Feb. 15, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Dasouqi holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting ‎from Al-Alhliya Amman University. He has more than 20 years of experience in ‎agricultural companies and has held senior leadership and administrative positions.

Dasouqi was named acting CEO by the company’s board of directors on June 29, 2022, following the resignation of Waleed Al-Bat’he as CEO.
