A royal commentator has claimed that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have “shot themselves in the foot in their bid to heal the rift with his brother Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton.

Ian Lloyd author of ‘The Queen: 70 Chapters in the Life of Elizabeth II’ said: “I just can’t see it happening, particularly with William.

“There was all the stuff about Kate and Meghan crying at the wedding in the Oprah Winfrey interview.

“I think they shot themselves in the foot with William and Kate, I don’t think they will get anywhere near them.”

A GB news presenter has slammed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Netflix docuseries.

Despite the fact that the Sussexes are yet to create any content whatsoever for the streaming service, GB News presenter Patrick Christys has dismantled the ‘fly-on-the-wall’ project.

Mr Christys said: “Look, the money’s great and to be honest with you, I’d probably do absolutely anything for one hundred million dollars but it’s a sign of how far they’ve fallen, certainty Harry anyway.

“It’s really strange for a couple who wanted to find freedom and escape the public eye to sign up to be a show that essentially involved having a camera crew follow them around the whole time”.

Harry stuck in privacy ‘paradox’

A royal biographer has claimed that Prince Harry is stuck in a “privacy paradox” as he can’t stop talking to the press.

On 60 minutes Australia, host Liam Barlett asked Tina Brown about the fact that despite Harry seems to hate the press, he is happy to talk to them about his upcoming book. 

Tina Brown replied: “It’s certainly a paradox, that a man who kept saying all he wanted was privacy, now can’t seem to stop talking.

“I think that is baffling to his family”.

She added: “In fact, one of the things, I heard constantly from within the Royal Family, people, they said, like we don’t recognise Harry.”

Markle thought ‘Royals needed her more than she needed them’

An expert has claimed that Meghan Markle thought the Royal Family needed her celebrity more than she needed them.

Speaking to 60 Minutes Australia, royal author Tina Brown discussed Meghan Markle’s desire for “star power”.

Host Liam Bartlett said: “You write about the 2018 tour of Australia by Meghan and Harry, sort of a seminal moment for them when Meghan thought that the Royal Family needed her celebrity, more than she needed them”.

Ms Brown then replied: “That was something that puzzled the royal household tremendously.

“Their tour oF Australia was a wild success, more successful than Kate and William’s, in terms of crowds and the adulation.

“She [Meghan] wanted to be able to talk about the causes that she cared about as her, as opposed to being a representative figure in the monarchy.

She added: “There was a real sense of disappointment when she came home that somehow she was a star beyond, you know, anything one had seen before, except for Diana, really, on this tour”.

“I guess, it was the star power essentially that she felt now was bigger than what she was allowed to do in the monarchy”.

Harry ‘living his best life’ in USA

A body language expert has claimed that Prince Harry is “living his best life” in the USA.

Body language expert Judi James told Express.co.uk: “Meghan knew the world she was returning to and the potential for them as a working couple but for Harry, there could have been teething problems and worse.

“Comparing his smiles and his relaxed posture now to the very haunted-looking facial and eye expressions of the man we saw during the last few months in the UK, it looks clear that he has not just found his feet in the US but that he is loving every minute of the life.”

Prince Harry has been advised by a royal expert to stay in the US after his “appalling” conduct towards the Queen, since Megzit.

Speaking on Fox Business, host Stuart Varney asked if Brits want Harry on the balcony during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. 

Responding to this, Nigel Farage said: “No no no no no, he’s yours, keep him, you’ve got him”.

He added: “The sheer level of disrespect he has shown to the Queen is appalling.

The research, by Wealth of Geeks calculated global monthly Google searches, for wedding dresses from fifteen of the most popular Royal weddings since King George VI and Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, to see which one was the world’s favourite.

The streaming giant apparently plans to release the series at the end of the year to coincide with the publication of Harry’s bombshell memoir.

However, sources suggest the Sussexes have asked for the alleged docuseries to hit the small screen next year instead.

The news comes exactly a fortnight before the Queen and working royals stand on the balcony at Buckingham Palace for the Platinum Jubilee.

And royal biographer Angela Levin, who spent a year working with Prince Harry on an authorised biography about the duke, said: “It’s just really tacky. 

“We don’t know if they’re going to show their children that they’ve guarded so carefully and secretly, they might insist on that.

“If the money’s right or they risk losing their contract again I presume they will do that.”

She added: “The thing is if you allow people in, they’re very experienced at getting what they want and cutting out a lot of the stuff for the people that are photographing what they want.

“They get an image and it might be a disastrous one for them.

“It really has got such a bad taste to it.”

The Duke of Sussex fears for his children’s safety in the age of the Internet.

Him and his wife, Meghan, believe that kids are experiencing the Internet at too young of an age.

In response to this, the two are working to change parents’ approach to internet use.

Speaking for the first time about his opinion on social media, he said: “I’m not an expert on law or technology, but I am a father—and I’m lucky enough to be a father with a platform. My kids are too young to have experienced the online world yet, and I hope they never have to experience it as it exists now. No kid should have to.”

He continued: “It is not realistic to protect kids from everything. We need new laws. We need public pressure. We need strong leadership.”
