Top level changes at a pair of Hong Kong-listed real estate companies top this week’s roundup of personnel moves from around Asia Pacific, with a REIT of mainland logistics properties naming a new chairman and a local developer saying farewell to a long-time director. Also in the news are moves at a regional data centre operator and a major real estate consultancy.

SF REIT said in a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange on 17 August that it has appointed Alex Ho Chit, who has been serving serving as a non-executive director of the REIT manager’s board since April as last year, as its chairman. CSI Properties said on 11 August that Jimmy Fong Man Bun has decided to step down from his role as an executive director with the company after nearly a decade on the board of the Hong Kong-listed developer and investment manager. Now 58, Fong is said to have no disagreement with the board, and his name is being withdrawn from the list of director candidates previously submitted for consideration at CSI’s upcoming annual general meeting.
